Instructions for Interactive Session Presentations
Interactive session has become a good way for authors to present papers and to meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussions. Please plan to make your poster presentation for questions and discussion. Interactive session papers will be included in the conference proceedings and the series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing of Springer.
Interactive session will be held at the lobby on the Meeting Room Level.

Instructions for Poster
Set-up and Removal of Poster
The poster boards will be available for you to set up on Friday afternoon from 3 pm to 4 pm. Your poster presentation must be in place by 4:30 pm before the poster session. It will remain in place until the end of the interactive session. All materials must be cleared out by 6:00 p.m. on the same date. You are responsible for collecting your poster. All posters left after 6:00 p.m. will be discarded. Poster Preparation
- Stationary stuff will be provided to keep your poster secure and in place. Poster number will be attached on a poster board. Please make sure your poster number in the conference digest.
- The poster template is available here. Poster should be printed on A0 (841 mm by 1189 mm) size paper. A best poster paper award will be presented to the highest scored winner, judging from: 1) technical content, 2) originality, 3) practical application and 4) presenter's interaction with participants.
- Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible, so that you will have time for in-depth technical discussions.
